Hello and welcome!
I’m Steph, a 32 year-old stay-at-home “cat” mom. I spend my days scouring the internet finding new and better ways to make money from home, online.
A little more about me: I’ve spent much of my adult life in school, getting expensive and mostly useless degrees, in liberal arts, history, and philosophy.
Because my education is nearly impossible to monetize in the real world, I’ve had many, many horrible jobs. I’ve spent my time and sweat working very hard offline, on mostly thankless tasks like waiting tables, retail, and reception.
I’ve worked for minimum wage, I’ve worked under the table, and I’ve worked for tips, and I always had a boss. In other words, I went about it all wrong.
I’ve always read stories about people who made money from their blogs or home businesses. I was always curious about, and even a little jealous of, people who could figure out how to make the internet work for them.
I finally decided that enough was enough.
I wanted in on the action.
Two years ago, I made the plunge.
In my online money making journey, I’ve discovered many pitfalls, wastes of time, and outright scams. I’ve also found legitimate opportunities for income.
The goal of this website is to share my experiences, and help other people distinguish between the good stuff and the scams.
The internet makes some people rich, some people comfortable, and unfortunately, it also makes some people victims. With enough research and guidance, you can avoid being a victim, and save your precious time, money, and energy.
I personally believe the world is a better place when we reach out and help pull one another up. This website is one way to do that, and I truly hope the information will help you. There is more than enough money to go around, and we all deserve prosperity.
How did that turn out?
Today, I’m very lucky that I can stay home and generate a good living from my online businesses and passive streams of income.
I don’t have a yacht and a private jet and a butler and a million rolexes, of course, but that could be in the future (although in all honesty I’d probably skip the yacht – I now know that high end cruises are way better!). But I’m happy with what I have done and excited for the future.
There’s simply no substitute for working for yourself. When I have a cold, I don’t have to force myself to work “anyway”. I don’t have to spend all my time away from my family and furkids every day.
And there’s nothing like financial freedom. I can travel wherever I want, when I want. I’ve been to ten new countries over the last two years. Life is so much better now.

I look forward to connecting with you, and learning from your feedback and ideas! (and here is a link to my profile.)
